Refund Policy for D-TECH TRADING

Introduction

At D-TECH TRADING, customer satisfaction is paramount. We understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations, and a refund may be requested. This policy outlines the conditions under which we process refunds and exceptions to this policy.

Refund Conditions

Time Frame for Returns: Customers can request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

Product Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories for a refund to be eligible.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your refund.

Refund Process: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Exceptions to Refund Policy

Damaged or Altered Products: We cannot offer a refund for products that are returned damaged, used, or altered in any way.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
